Grill guards for the following models are under study.

We can always use pictures measurements of the push bar on these models.

How to we develop these accessories and why do we need your help?

We use tractors at the local dealer to measure the push bar and design a grill guard for example. Typically they may have 1-4 tractors of a certain model.

Your help is needed with the push bar measurements.

We have found a factory tolerance of approximately 1/8" in width on the push bars.

This means we need a good sample size of measurements for the push bars so we can design the grill guards to fit the smallest size found. We can always shim the grill guard to fit the larger push bar openings.

Step 2. Measure the push bar. Measure as many as possible.

Step 3. Make a cardboard prototype with our CO2 laser / engraver. Scrap cardboard is free. Steel is expensive.

Step 3. Test the cardboard prototype on a tractor. Mark up changes, test again, repeat as needed.

Step 1. Design the grill guard on the computer with an Auto Cad type program

Step 4. Make steel grill guard. Weld on mounting tabs. Test the steel prototype on a tractor.

Hope you are finished.

How do we do it?
